Brief Bio: Dr. Amy Gershkoff Bolles is a 5-time GM and data-driven growth executive, with strong experience building and leading product and engineering teams, as well as building and leading sales and marketing teams, managing user acquisition, revenue management, business operations, and pricing optimization, all with a data-driven approach.

A strong background in data, analytics, and ML/AI, Dr. Bolles has led the Global Data Science team at eBay, as well as served Chief Data Officer at Zynga, Ancestry, and currently Bitly. In these roles, Amy has leveraged data and analytics to unlock substantial growth, optimizing sales and marketing, as well as informing product features, improving product experience, and optimizing pricing.

Amy has been named to the 2020 Global Top 100 Innovators list and the Top 10 Women Leaders of 2020 list. She was also named one of the Top 50 Women to Watch in Tech and one of San Francisco’s Most Influential Women in Business. Previously, she was recognized as one of the nation’s “40 under 40” leading entrepreneurs, and was featured in the Washington Post as one of the nation’s most prominent innovators.

She holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University.
